IDAE ships both THROUGHOUT New Zealand wide and Internationally. IDAE is unable to ship to PO boxes.

The following shipping rates apply to all orders:

New Zealand | $5

Australia | $20

International | $40

Duties and Taxes

All prices on the IDAE website are in NZD.

IDAE prices do not include any duties and taxes that may occur in various countries. Please be aware of the dutY and tax charges that apply to imports for your shipping desitination when completing your purchase.

Returns

All FULLPRICED items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the garment. The garment must be in the condition that it was sent. IDAE will not accept returns that have been worn, WASHED, NOTICABLE MAKE UP OR BEAUTY PRODUCTS ON GARMENTS or not in the state that they were sent-All tags must still be attached to garments.

The customer is entitled to a full refund or credit for their FULL PRICED garment if it is returned in this state. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded unless the garment has been sent with a fault.

SALE ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED BUT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOMERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED
